Havrée is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays once the package is in transit.

Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of our pieces, we currently do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@havree.com, and we will assist you promptly.
