Shipping & Delivery

Once you place your order, our dedicated team carefully prepares and packages your items within one business day. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be dispatched.

Shipping from Australia

For our valued customers in Australia, orders are shipped directly from our local warehouse, ensuring faster delivery times and reduced customs processing. Expect your beautiful Havrée pieces to arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

International Delivery Times

For international orders, delivery times typically range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s journey.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Easy Returns

If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.


To begin a return, please email info@havrèe.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.


Exchanges

We offer product exchanges depending on availability. If you’d like to request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to secure the piece you desire.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
